Scout SaaS has one plan, Team, for $29 per month per workspace. It covers up to 1,000 application records and 500 procurement requests, with team access and exportable records. Scout SaaS is offered to businesses only.
Team
Everything in Scout SaaS is included in the Team plan. What each item means:
- Software request intake: Requests with stages from intake to purchase.
- Vendor suggestions from the catalog: Vendor suggestions with published prices and security facts.
- Comparable vendor quotes: Side-by-side quotes with first-year and term cost.
- Security, legal and budget reviews: Security, legal and budget checks that gate approval.
- Team accountability: Five roles and invitations.
- Contract context: File uploads up to 10 MB, comments and activity history.
- Portable records and MCP: CSV and JSON export, plus read-only MCP keys.

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. The code is entered during payment in Stripe Checkout, never at signup. No access is granted until Stripe confirms the subscription.

Do I need a card?
Yes. Stripe Checkout asks for a card, including when you use the promotion code.
When am I charged?
Monthly in advance, through Stripe. The regular price is $29 USD per month per workspace.
What about taxes and VAT?
Taxes and VAT, where they apply, are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.
How do I cancel?
Anytime in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Who can subscribe?
The service is offered to businesses only, not to consumers.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Active subscriptions include CSV exports and JSON backups. Export business-critical records before your subscription expires.
Is this an enterprise platform?
No. The price covers the focused features listed here. There are no promised savings, automatic vendor integrations or managed services.
