Who may use Scout SaaS

Scout SaaS is offered to businesses only. By subscribing you confirm that you act for a business and not as a consumer.

Access and price

Scout SaaS is available with a subscription confirmed by Stripe. The Team plan costs $29 per month per workspace and is charged monthly in advance. Taxes and VAT are calculated at checkout. A card is required at checkout.

Black Friday offer

Enter BLACKFRIDAY26 in Stripe Checkout (Add promotion code). Your first two monthly billing periods cost $0. From the third month the regular price of $29 per month applies unless you cancel before then. The code is entered only in Stripe Checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your workspace

You are responsible for the records and documents your team adds, the invitations you create and the roles you assign. Only invite people who should have access to your company’s software information.

Decisions and estimates

Quotes are offers recorded by your team. A workflow approval records your team’s decision; it does not order software or execute a vendor contract. Scout SaaS does not cancel subscriptions or contracts for you. Verify vendor terms before acting.

Availability and changes

The service may change as it develops. Keep exports of business-critical data. Manage cancellation and payment details in the Stripe billing portal.

Ending access

You can export your records and archive your workspace in Settings. Contact team@scoutsaas.com for data recovery, permanent deletion or other service questions. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
