3. Processors and international transfers

4. Cookies and local storage

We only use storage that is technically necessary. This is a session cookie that keeps you logged in (HTTP-only, expires after 14 days or when you log out), your cookie consent choice, and a local-storage entry that remembers which workspace you selected. The legal basis is § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, and processing of any personal data involved rests on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not load external fonts or scripts on public pages. A consent manager lets you review or change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Write to team@scoutsaas.com to exercise these rights.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You may complain to a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is Die Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte, Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, Germany.

7. Automated decision making

We do not use automated decision making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
